The orders are shipped from our production partner's facility in the US.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the US.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

We ship exclusively within the US, so no customs duties will apply.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

To help us assist you better, please:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left your package with them

How can I cancel/edit my order?

Orders that have entered the production stage can't be edited or cancelled. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please make sure to contact us immediately at hello@furryfashionable.com.

Refund

Do you offer refunds/free replacement?

We offer refunds or free replacements within 30 days of product delivery to customers who receive incorrect or damaged/defective products. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@furryfashionable.com with clear photos of the items in question so we can investigate further. Ensure that the photos show the received product laid flat on a surface, with the design and the issue clearly visible in a single frame.

We collaborate with leading production partners to supply you with high quality products on-demand, meaning each item is produced only after an order is placed. Due to this on-demand business model, we reserve the right to deny refunds or free replacements for reasons other than those previously stated.

Disclaimers

Due to variations in print materials and monitor settings, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Expect minor color variances. However, the overall print quality and sharpness is always guaranteed.

The lifestyle mockups are provided to help you visualize the bandanas and are not indicative of size. Please make sure you refer to the size guide for accurate measures.

Preorder

We offer the option to preorder items that are temporarily out of stock. When an item is unavailable, we always strive to provide an estimated restocking date. You can place a preorder, and once the item is restocked, we will fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible.

Please note:

• Estimated Restocking Dates: Whenever possible, we will display the expected restocking date on the product page. If a date is not available at the time you place your order, we will email you with an update as soon as an expected restocking date becomes available.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You are welcome to cancel your preorder anytime before the item is fulfilled by contacting us at hello@furryfashionable.com. We will provide a full refund for any canceled preorder, no questions asked.
• Shipping: Once the item is back in stock, we will fulfill and ship your order, and you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
